Any Nass Recon Successes Out There?

Sent in my recon letter for my Ploc and CC on the 21st. One of the branch managers was nice enough to accept my letter/supporting docs and to make sure it got to the right place for review.

Was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes to review/decision? I was told this morning it's still under review with the loan commitee. When Ive done recons in the past it was a pretty quick approval or denial.

Anyway, hoping still under review is a good thing. Anyone have recent success with a Nasa recon and how long did it take? Thanks forum.

The lending review can go in either direction. The loan committee meets only once a week to go over the assigned cases. In any event, you can try checking the status toward the end of the week and see how it played out. Depending on how backed up the are, some can take up to two weeks for a decision. In some cases, the outcomes are successful while not so for others, YEMV.

I sent an email late one evening, and they replied the very next day. Maybe the delay is a good sign, the quick reply certainly wasn't!
