Comenity is upping their SCT game for me

Have tried many times unsucessfuly to get Camping World Visa to pop up. Same with SG Visa. Today, said what the heck, lets try it again. Popped up when I hit submit, not signed in as a member on each site. If i sign in, no pop up. Just thought i'd share. Im a little tempted on the camping world visa haha.

There's always that chance that SGV could end up being a SP with a decent SL especially if Comenity Capital has SP'd you in the past couple weeks. My SGV ended up bieng SP and so far it's looking like my Fuel Rewards was as well. I also didn't get a HP when I called in the Virgin preapproval and they ran it for me. Told me I'd get a letter in 7 to 10 days but that may just be verification. So far no HP on Virgin and I don't think they would hit it when I call in to verifiy. My True Value I got the HP hit right away and then got the letter to verify about 10 days later. That Good Sam/Camping World comes in both a Platinum and SIgnature version.

There definitely is lots of talk on whether or not Sportsmen Visa is hp or sp, it think its a YMMV kinda of thing. But comenity has soft pulled my account today for each of the cards. I can tell on equifax.com.

Modell's Visa- SCT hard pull

Total Rewards Visa- SCT hard pull

Virgin American Visa- no SCT cold apped with elevate number and obvi hard pull.

I did notice that Camping Word Visa has the signature and platinum tier cards. Im sure it would be a platinum card. I have a preapproval for FRN MC but don't need anything gas related these days.

It's totally a YMMV type of thing. SGV was a SP for me. I took the popup about two weeks after I saw a Comenity Capital AR SP on EQ. I'm 5 or 6 days out from taking the Fuel Rewards popup and so far no HP just a SP on the day I took it. Again there was a Comenity Capital AR SP about two weeks prior. I'm passing on Good Sam and some others as my AAoA is hovering just above three years and I know it's going to dip some with IHG, Cabela's and Fuel Rewards still not reporting. I also have two more Chase co-branded apps in play and it looks like one of them will come through. Been holding steady at the two weeks message now for 5 or 6 days. I'm probably done apping for anything for quite a while as I want a CSP/Freedom combo so two years of gardening for me. Now if a 12.99 prequal for QS/Venture I'd jump on it. And if Diner's were to ever come back I'd be all over that otherwise I'm just going to grow what I have with CLI's.

You saying the existing cards they SP'ed you today or just the Sportsman's/Good Sam's.. I love the look of good sam's.. Kinda a pain to get the pop-up once it disappears again, but I get it every few tries after I initially lose it a few days later or whatever the case might be. Just a fun looking card.. Although I doubt I would ever use it either. Fun knowing you are liked by them or by their computers. With all this talk of comenity the last week or a few people getting accounts closed I edge on the side of caution whether something is really going on or more factors to it. Anyways, good job on your credit getting the popups

I have a comenity capital AR twice on reports from August 2015. It lists all the soft pulls for Good Sam, FRN, Sportsmen, etc. it also shows a soft pull for modells, total rewards but those were immediate hard pulls

They soft pulls from total rewards and modells came on the day they gave me the pre approved offers. But they also hard pulled me that day too.

Cc I just like the look of camping world visa haha. rather poke my eyes out than camp or own an rv.

the Sportsman Guide Visa is going me a solid apr, 24,9%. even though i wouldnt revovle, still their worst terms lol.

For my SGV I had the AR middle of Sept show and then the actual PRM SP on the day of approval and never had a HP turn up. Looks like this:

And then Fuel Rewards played out the exact same way. Makes me wonder if maybe Virgin will play out like this or even Good Sam if I took the pop up.

I have the Camping World card. November 6, 2014 they gave me $1,000 SL. No CLI's since. They send alot of crap from AAA and other organizations RVer's might want to join. We have a Camping World going up a few miles away and another about 8 miles away but their stores are outdated and boring. Reminds me of the old Brendles or Service Merchandise stores.

I looked up the terms. That is the only APR they offer. You would probably pull 5k on the SGV like I did.

Got the pop up for camping world as well but the friggin pop up would not submit! Kept giving this blank red box at the bottom but all the required info was filled out.

i just find it interesting to me that all the sudden comenity wants to give me visa/ mc cards. Nothing has really changed in my profile than new accounts etc kind of stuff.
