PenFed Platinum Cash Rewards App

Okay so July and September when denied (and I know now they used the same pull each time so obviously denied) I don't remember either of the apps looking like this or getting this far. They were instant denials I think. I apped again giving it one more try with big jumps in my score and while I didn't get an instant approval I don't remember my previous apps going this far. Does this mean I might have a shot at this this time?

If approved, the next thing you will see is "transferred" in the app status. Your card will not show up immediately in your log in. If not approved it will just say declined. This is how I remember it on both my apps.

Declined since I'm an Egytian and have a very old baddie. Oh well. I'll try them again in two years when I go for the CSP/Freedom combo after I let everything age.

There are a lot of Egyptians around here. We should start a club. I am sure the next time you will make it.

Yes there are many many PenFed Egyptians around here. I should have know better but oh well. I'm pretty much planning to app for nothing else for the next two years and just grow my TL's that I have. A rough guesstimate I ran through the other night tells me that I can probably add 80 to 90k to what I have already just in CLI's over the next two years so that should curb my urges to app for anything. As a consolation I went ahead and took a HP on EQ and bumped my CLOC from 10k to 15k. I'm still waiting for my Cabela's Visa to show up and find out the SL and I'm still getting a two weeks message on a Chase co-branded app a week later so my gut feeling tells me that will end up being an approval. I just don't know if it's the Disney Peremier or the Hyatt card.

That clears that up. Also why I'm afraid to apply for any CLI from PenFed. I think I may have done some pyramiding. I'm hoping that since I just paid everything off that I owed PenFed, they'll auto cli me in the future.
