Chances of getting a Sams Store Card?

I was wondering what were my chances of at apping for a sams club card of any kind.

Utilization is 25%

All accounts in good standing

Yeah i think im gonna talk to credit solutions i just want my walmart to be atleast $800 ive never been late and never went over 30%

i got my sams card with a soft pull I got a memership in the store and the preapproved me no hard inquiry

I already have a sams but what i did was get the plus membership i have to physically go in the store and pick up the card so im gonna try to get a preapproval my scores didnt warrant it back in march when i got my sams club card

That is cool your store does preapprovals. Mine dont offer them for some reason. :-(

Your amazon store card have you requested a CLI thru chat yet? Ask for 25k and let them counter. I had the same limit as yours back in April. By june it was 6k. Sams denied me for the MC, but got the PLCC at 1200. A few weeks later, bumped to 3k, then 5k, then 8300.

Walmart should start giving you CLI. I wouldnt waste a HP on a sams PLCC though if you already have a walmart card. IF you used that enough maybe theyd offer CLI and MC upgrade.

Discover is the card to be using right now at sams anyway. If you are enrolled indouble cash back, you would get 1% now and 1% in a year. And also with a sams plus membership you would get 2% a year later!

So i requested a CLI on amazon and walmart about a month ago via luv button nothing else and no im not sure if my store does preapprovals bc i moved and my new store i have yet to visit. I really want this walmart amazon increase to happen i even got a cli on a cap one secured of 300! Fingerhut is the most consistent macys wont budge jared and kay im wanting to close but need to replace discover is at $500 but secured cap 1 qs at 1k maybe ill hit them up before steps kick in and first premier will NEVER budge for me i would like to increase what i have and close what i dont need

Ok but how old is amazon?

for amazon to do big CLIs you have to login durring the week and daytime and click Chat. Its the best way to make it happen. Sams is the same way. Walmart is a little different I believe. All I know is with sams and amazon you always Chat for CLI and ask for 25k and let their system counter.

amazon you are golden. Get on monday morning and do chat. guarantee you will get something. Mine was opened in april. And by june I was set. We need to investigate walmart though. Not sure how they are with CLI from chats.

Well, I opened the account in April, at 850... not a ton of use on it. Always paid in full due to the 5%.

Anyway, after joining here, I applied for a few other things and realized that sams and amazon do this. So june I asked for 3k. Then I was told byyou guys to ask for 25k so I did and they gave me 6k. Super fast.

Chat on Amazon was a hard pull for me, but Credit Solutions is a soft pull. Just something to think about.

Chat on amazon is never hard pull. I have yet to see anyone report that. Same for lowes. ONly one I know of to HP would be care credit.

had Walmart and amazon open on the same day, Walmart $150 SL, amazon $800 SL. after several CLI requests within the fist couple weeks, it was a no go. Chat. auto, credit solutions, nada. Used walmart for $130 and paid off, and right after my first statement cut off, was increased thru chat, on the same day, with 3 different cli's to $3500 both amazon and walmart. So, to answer your question, yes walmart is exactly the same with any other synchrony account when it comes to cli's. I was informed by one of the credit solutions reps, when i called in for a cli request just last week ( i can not do chat now because i have fraud alert and they have to confirm my identity thru a phone call) she said chat and phone calls end up with a fresh SP,as opposed to Auto Luv button using the last sp in the system regardless of how old it is. So it is best to do chat or call credit solutions for a cli especially if you have recently had any major changes to your TU CR, such as a nice score increase, or a bad account being deleted. That way you make sure they have the latest report to go by.
