Who does Cap One SP for a CLI?

I am preparing to request a CLI from Capital One soon. Who do they SP, a particular bureau or all three?

They typically SP EQ for account reviews, the CLI will be based off their most recent AR pull of your credit.

This is only my 2nd statement (thinking about waiting til 3rd) so will they use my application pull?

+1. Keep in mind they use the fico 4 version however.

I'm not sure who they soft pulled for me, but I was able to get a Credit Limit Increase from $500 to $1500 before my 3rd statement cut on my Quicksilver Mastercard by hitting the Luv Button on their website.

For me I know they've been doing Experian, but I don't know if they're soft pulling others as well.

They do EQ 04, and their SPs always lag behind like two months.
