lowes pulled experian?

i was pretty convinced lowes/synchrony pulls exclusively TU. granted i am aware any creditor can pull whoever they want when applying for credit so this post isn't me complaining i am just shocked to see experian pulled. i only apped due to it being TU lol. whoops.

I've seen Sync pull EX on occasion, but usually TU, anyone ever see a EQ pull?

Why not? It depends on what agreements SYNCB and their partner cards have with the CRAs. For instance, Ebates pulled EX for me and so did eBay MC and Sam's Club MC. For other folks, it's been TU.

While the trends or patterns may seem point to a specific CRA for some lenders, it's not always 100%.

As a former employee of GE Capital (now Synchrony) they have always pulled Experian, however, in order for them to pull experian on you for lowes there had to be some sort of issue with TransUnion, or your individual transunion credit report itself. Rooms To Go, HH Gregg, Ashley Furniture, any carcare one account, care credit, cost plus world market, Ethan Allan, Sleep Number, GolfSmith Etc. you will always get a pull from Experian.

there's no issue with my TU itself. cap1 pulled it just fine 12 days ago and synchrony had no issues pulling it 06/04/15 and i don't have any "out of the ordinary" credit alerts from TU.
