Sending a Private Message

Sign in to the community and go to the profile page of the member you would like to send a private message to. You can search for the username by going to the search page at http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/user. Be sure you are in the “Users” tab to search for the username.

2. Click on the username from the search that brings up the result to go to their profile page and from the top, click “Send a Message”.

3. The private messenger text editor will show up. Enter a subject line and the text of your private message. When finished, click “Send Message”.

4. When you receive a private message, you will see a number by the private message envelope at the top of the page next to your username.
