Chase bank Charge off checking

i have my chase bank checking acount negative of 580$ .

i talked to them i offered them to pay it with 5 payments and they refused and said it will be charged off soon and then u can schedule payment but now u need to pay it off or will charge it off ..

my question :

are they going to report it to Credit file or just chex system?

i tried to ask this but they said we can nt answer..

they treat me like a murder tho . they refused to work it out with me

It will be reported to chexsystems and not the credit bureaus. If you are talking to an unfriendly agent, I suggest you call back and possibly speak with a supervisor. Since you are willing to pay, they will be willing to work with you also.

I think wissam's asking if they'll send it to a collection agency and then it'll get reported to the credit bureaus.

To answer: they might.
