Maybe its just me but this is one of the most confusing things I have every read.

Spouses, children, siblings, and in most cases household members can get their own separate completely independent account if they wish. It just takes a current member to sponsor that person.

NFCU Spouse Question

OOPs- I think I was suppose to put this in "credit cards" forum.

-If DH is primary on NFCU account (his sibling is active military), can DW: Get a card in only her name? Will DH be able to see it in account details? Would DW basically have to create her own membership and apply under that member number.

For some clarity: DW always had great credit and everything in her name. DH not as responsible and as a result DW is now recovering from BK. She's rebuilding (currently back in the 700s) and wants to get her credit profile back to where it was, but knows DH isn't ready for access to a 25K line of credit.
