Hey everyone thought I would share. Keybank is offering personal loans to their customers.
5000.00 at 1% but the terms has to be 12-23 months. Not bad!
If you are not a customer, sign up for a checking account. Takes only a day to set up, and do a mobile check deposit. Once done, you are in the account, there is a link in there for you to sign up for the loan as well.

Also, be warned, Key Bank will ask for every document on the face of the planet. I wasn't expecting that when I was approved for the Latitude.

... they asked for my HIGH SCHOOL and COLLEGE transcripts -- WHAT?! And my w2, lots of paystubs and the usual docs.

Or for a laugh, I know when I went back to Austin one time to pick up my UT transcript, the buddy I was with incredulously asked "And you want to show this to someone?!?"

Your milage may vary. I've never had to provide that info with accounts or credit cards when I used to have them with Key Bank. The most they've questioned me on is the number of inquiries I had... I was approved anyways.
