In order to apply do I go to personal loans? I don't see where it is referred to as a CLOC

Hi there....

log in--> +open new acct(top right)--> Checking and Savings-----> click "Checking Line of Credit".

Ask for max( $15k ). You'll either get approved full amount, countered a different amount (accept it!), or declined. Good Luck!
