Looking for 25k loan! Anyone get approved without poi?

I'm looking to obtain a 25k personal loan preferably with a lender that will pull one credit bureau only. Anyone recently get approved for a loan in this range without having to provide proof of income. I would like to hear some stories along with data points. I heard that the marcus loan with Goldman Sachs was approving loans between 20-30k without poi and pulling trans.

Looking for the same amount and type of loan with no poi. But I doubt Goldman Sachs is giving money out without poi or tax returns.
