Chase changed site login layout?

Did chase change our site login layout? is there a way to change the layout style back?

Yes they did .. I do not think that there is a way to change it back.

I liked the old style better.

Get used to it OP. I'd say they update site every 12-18 months with complete redesign. No way to revert.

I'm from the mindset, Don't fix something that isn't broke!! 🙃

I actually really like the new mobile app UI.

I haven't logged into the full web site in a bit to check the new one.

I do as well. It's the cleanest UI of all my lenders. Headers and tabs all make sense. You can complete actions without searching for half an hour.

You'll have to get a Smart Phone! The Flip Phones don't work?! Oh, don't get a phone smarter than you are or it can be trouble (speaking from experience)

I don't hate it. Honestly, if this makes the app crash less and the investments section more functional, I consider it a win. The old app crashed so much at market open.

Haha that is true.

I have to admit I'm all about function over form and now I can login and about 3 seconds later know exactly where I stand with a quick swipe even with as many things as I have at Chase on the personal side.

I admittedly didn't pay that much attention before but it's just so clear at a quick glance where I'm at financially that I think it's a win... it used to be more brainpower to decipher the more "elegant" interface they had before. It was good, but now, it's a few seconds and I'm on to the next thing and it's noticibly quicker to just get what I need and that's what had me pleasantly surprised about it and liking it without really realizing before that I was in a worse spot.

New computer layout stinks.. Other was way better, but least i can still charge and pay my bill. Dont know what their focus group was thinking on that site redesign.

Some of us might have been on that focus group, depending on what changes in particular are being seen...

Either I'm still not seeing this new design or the one everyone's complaining about is the one I've been on for a while now. What's this new design look like?

Yeah, it's the same basic layout but it isn't done in the blues and greys and it might be a slightly different font.

Maybe I'm just getting old but my brain parses the new format faster, it's probably only a matter of seconds but it just pops. I saw similar looking at a resume done two different ways: same font, same spacing, same content, but one had just bolded the section headings (still black) which is fairly traditional... but the other, used a simple blue for the same section headings, and poof, the whole thing just became utterly clear at a glance whereas it was muddled before. Instant organization, I'd always played with sizing and font before but now that we're no longer in a black and white printer world I think I might start adding a little color to do exactly that on various presentations.

Strange I always knew UI design was important, but I hadn't really started putting together the use of color changes to make the information presentation clearer by contrast and this is pretty much what Chase has done with their IOS app anyway.
