Someone who used to pay 10 bills a month through bill pay earned $1.00 in total cash back for that month. Someone using the new system who pays their bills using a Discover Debit card plus other purchases (grocery store, gas, and others) can earn way more than $1 back. The average person (one who spends $1,000-$2,000 on their card) will get $10-$20 back in rewards now, compared to the $1 before.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Discover will begin to waive one monthly fee (NSF/overdrafts, and other fees) per year <STRONG>automatically</STRONG> starting in May, which is a nice feature as well for a larger bank.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Discover's Cash Back checking is a great option for the average person...
