DH Applied for $25k and they countered $20k with proof of income.

Sent in taxes being self-employed - denied.

Almost hurts more because credit qualifies but they won't accept anything but the number at the bottom of tax return after depreciation and deductions!

They love to see that W2 not the paper losses. Sadly.

Did you have to call in to apply for PLOC? I was looking on their website as I just got approved for membership, but I couldn't find a personal line of credit.
