More of their incompetence on display, their website has crashed PRIOR to them doing a single thing to upgrade.... Going to file complaints soon if they are not back online. No one should ever have to endure what this place puts its members through... I now know why they offer 6% on the first 1K in savings any sane person would never use this place.

Not for me, took me right back to the main page when trying to log in, must be sporadic... All Im going to say is their new software better be bug free or I leave the CU, the 6% wont be enough to hold me.

Desktop and with all of my browsers. Clearing cache had no effect either.

I logged in this morning, as I do every day with all of my accounts, no problem. Just tried again and no problem. You sure it's not an issue on your end?

That can certainly be frustrating, even more soif trying to pay on a CC or Loan like I will bw doing in a couple daysso I hope it's working then.

I recently experienced an inability to log on a month ago to pay a CC because my laptop crashed after the update and couldn't get it to revert, so that was starting to annoy and make me sweat a little.

I'm genuinely curious why are people so upset about this?

AWS, Facebook, entities who's basic business is having their infrastructure up and resilient go down for a day at a time.

It seems like most everyone has issues once in a while. PenFed's log in page would error unless you went to an out of the way log in screen for like a month, Keypoint CU's and Bank of the West's android app would freeze after fingerprint log in unless you force stop the app before opening. Amex was having issues bringing up account info a few times last month.

I haven't been able to make a payment on NASAFCU through their website for 2 months now. I have to use the phone app. (In the payment amount box it says "Enter a value between 1 - 10000", for some reason $263.00 is an invalid value. )

Talk bout a screwy lender, Amex is right there. First they take off cli button for some on the dl now I can't even check for pl offers. They say we are sorry we can't check this right now. Blah blah, one day OK, everyday, uhm I get the point you don't to lend to me lol.

You're right, they all wig out on occasion. I have all my accounts set up in my bookmarks in Safari and I check all my accounts every single day by clicking on the bookmark. For some reason every once in a while when I click on Discovrer, it simply won't work. I get a 404 error. The only way it works is to go into the browser window and re-type Discover.com. It's crazy because they are both doing the same thing and then later the bookmark works again.
