Pen Fed has a prequalify tool for a personal loan. Results aren't 100%, but are generally reliable. You may or may not need POI.

I applied above my prequalified 20k because my code when attempting to login seemed to somehow cease working. I don't believe I got a hard pull but I was denied immediately and when reviewing the application number it too seemed to fail too. The portal doesn't pull anythjng up or have record. The application menu doesn't have the status. :/ I should've stuck with the 20k.
