The included subject line is consistent with past secure messages though, and if it's related to something the OP did do recently, that's a pretty big coincidence.

The format looks weird. I have not seen such messages.

DO NOT click on the received links in such messages, especially on phone. Simply login to your account from a separate browser and check messages. Calling bank also is a good option.

Not meaning to take the conversation off track, but 'hovering over the link' is NOT a reliable (or safe) way to determine the legitimacy or accuracy of a web address. The href value (what shows when you hover / mouseover a html link in text or a photo) can pretty easily be spoofed via a pretty simple java script or through the use of an overly long url that disguises the domain

e.g., https :// security . citicards . login . gonnastealyourinfo . xyz . us - without the spaces of course...

which would show (upon hovering) up as https :// security . citicards [...] -

(All of that url is made up, of course, but used as an example point...)

Many corporate networks disable any JS in emails, and this can be the reason this method became popular, but not all corporate providers do (nor do most of the free email providers).

Best advice is that if you have any (any any any) reason to doubt a link, simply type the address of where you want to go.
