Became a member after that and waited for everything to go through. They called me a week later to verify where to send the 2500 check to and then i was told i would receive an email to sign the loan documents. No email came... i called the following Monday and from the next 4 weeks leading to today has been Nothing but frustrating. I was told they couldn't use my paystub cause it blocks out my checking account information. I was told to send in my bank statement, once i did that i was told it would take up to TWO WEEKS to "review" everything and get back to me. We'll i called today and after being placed on hold for over 20min i was told my loan was now denied!! They did a 2ND PULL this time with EX smh. Totally unauthorized!!! I went OFF on them and they agreed to remove the inquiry but stood by the new decision to deny my application. Even tho i had had been approved last month with the 768 EQ Score.... I was livid and canceled my membership during the same call and thanked them for wasting my time for 4 weeks!! Never will i do business with DCU again.
