PSECU Signature loan LOC Instant Approval

I was looking around at PSECU Signature loan and Personal LOC. I have been a member for almost 2 years. I have their Founder's card. Before I applied, i tried to get info about their LOC here, but data is very few. All that i can find though is pointing towards manual review.

So i pulled the trigger. Filled out the application, and at the end of the form, i was given a notice that the max i can apply is $20k and it asked how much i wanted, so i put in $20k. Then it gave me the term of 2 rates. Fixed loan and variable as stated in their rates table for the lowest APR.

Then i clicked submit, and within 1 second, it gave me a pop-up notice that I have been auto-approved. Very surprised. Happy though that i didn't have to go through the dreaded long manual review.
