It's certain;y better written than many, but my usual issue: who is going to read that and say "Oh, I didn't think of that!" Basically reduce costs by cutting things out and buying cheaper, or moving to a lower cost area, and increase income by asking for a raise, getting a new job, or getting a side hustle.

Now if it had mentioned those safe bonds paying 90% APR, that would have been more useful!
