NFCU Declining WordPress Transaction Fraud

Has anyone had issues with NFCU declining transaction on DEBIT card for WordPress because of fraud alert?

If so, how did you fix it?

calling them probably works. another reason why i say NFCU sucks lol

I called. They ended up flagging the transaction for fraud. They were great about fixing it. Ive had nothing but good luck with them so far.

At least they arent like BoA and cancel the card with no notification leaving me stranded in the middle of rural Arizona.

You are indeed the only one I've seen with a negative opinion of them and I work for them so I see issues they face and how relieved they are when the issues are resolved.

Actually you very well may be . You seem to have an ax to grind with them . Most members here have good experience with them , myself included.

I am sure there may be a few out there but not many and as with all creditors there are things we may not like about them but you seem to have a major gripe with them .
