Does anyone know if you open a membership with Fairwinds FCU is it a SP or a HP?

It was a soft pull when I joined them about a year ago.

Ok, thanks. One rep told me that but we all know reps they don't know always it is. Do they do pre approvals like PenFed / DCU?

They do occasionally but I caution you that Fairwinds is an extremely conservative lender. I have excellant credit and still can never seem to get anything from them. So If you are looking to get anything from them creditwise keep your DTI extremely low and dont have too many new accounts otherwise forget about it.
