I'm debating on doing a credit card consolidation with them and it's pre approved and they are wanting me to meet with notary to sign documents.

has anyone ever done this?

How did it affect your credit, and the accounts.

how do the accounts show once they take them over.

basically they claim they settle the accounts for a percentage with the credit card companies. And that it will not show up as any late payments, settlement, etc on my report. They are saying it only shows as paid as agreed and account closed by creditor.

none of my accounts are behind, my payment history on all accounts are 100%. I just bought a house with a lot of unforeseen needs that had me spending over 70k in three months. I can possibly pull out of this, but i was looking into this as an alternative, to eliminate any possibility of a late payment impacting me or destroying my credit.

I would be HIGHLY skeptical of any claims that credit card companies would be willing to settle for less than owed on accounts in good standing.
Also very carefully read everything, especially the parts about fees and interest rates, do not trust what any of their representatives verbally tell you the costs are.

Lending Club was a pleasure to deal with when I got a regular personal loan from them a few years ago, lowest interest rate anyone offered, and it didn't even get coded as a CFA account.
Unfortunately, for every experience like mine, there seem to be many people that had a negative experience, especially with their debt settlement product.
