Hello!

While PayPal doesn't offer specific cash bonuses for setting up direct deposit, you can benefit from features like getting paid up to 2 days early. They also have various rewards programs, including cash back offers with select merchants, rewards with their debit and credit cards, and a general rewards program where points can be redeemed for cash back. So, while no direct sign-up bonus exists, you can still gain value from using PayPal for direct deposit through these other perks.

No Paypal's banking system's main advantage is giving you 5% cash back on eligible purchases from a catagory you select monthly. With one hand they give the other they take. Others give X amount of dollars as a bonus.

I would imagine they do not want you collecting a bonus then switching banks. If your a heavy spender on debit cards what Paypal offers actually when I do the math exceeds the bonus most banks will give you but its a long term thing vice cash bonus.
