Cards MAXED out , will primary help get new ones?

my cards are nearly all maxed out , i want to know , if i did primary like creditstrong and authorizedusers to make it look like it s usage low . will i be able to get new cards ?

Products like credit strong, self, kikoff are not going to benefit you. Ditto for being added as an Authorized User on any kind of credit cards. Lenders are judging you, and will continue to judge your credit worthiness based on how you manage the credit that is in your name.

If your credit cards are maxed out, Id recommend against applying for anything new and be more concerned with getting your balances paid down in order to avoid balance chasing and the closure of the accounts you have.

I have a long history of strongly disagreeing with the use of these types of products. They have high fees, high interest, and you don't get use of any of the money until all payments have been made. They will make little (if any) positive impact on your scores considering they're suffering because of your high reported utilization. As I said above, I would focus strictly on getting your balances paid down before looking for any more credit.

Well, possibly, but we don't have to ascribe bad intentions, just yet anyway. OP is swamped by debt and may be looking for ways to survive. It may well lead to default/BK but may not be intentional.

And as a side note, if you ARE planning fraud or similar, don't post related questions on this type of site, as with enough work, the posts could be uncovered to suggest proof of intent.

S/he claims that that question is "the second most important after learning how to get cards."

OK, I hadn't made that connection! But still not necessarily a bust out, maybe someone who went hard into MS without a good plan and is stuck with the charges without a way to monetize the stuff bought. The language used is wrong which might have made it hard to find out more, you are not "liquidating the credit card" (which would be a silly thing to do), you need to liquidate the gift cards and pay off the credit card.

But still, someone who needs to stop what they have been doing and try to reduce debt.

Nah, take a look at some OP's prior posts. It's all about one scam or scheme after another, myfaruco's greatest hits. Hoping he can freeze his credit report to prevent lates from reporting (luaghable). Blatantly posting about manufactured spend on gift cards, which of course is fraud. So yes, I'm using the F word. Total fraudster.

I'm just surprised he hasn't gotten called out sooner.

OK about the OP! But MS with gift cards certainly isn't fraud (i.e. a criminal offence) At most it is against the T&Cs of the issuer.
