The Federal Reserve is having issues with their ACH transaction due to outages so your transaction might not show up until it is resolved.

Yes I was transfer my money yesterday to different bank and it was supposed to arrive this my morning but it wasn't showing up. So I went to Reddit and they're not the only having the issues due to Federal Reserve outages. So it is best not to transfer money until it is resolved.

It's widespread enough that my seacoast bank app has a banner warning that ach transfers will be taking longer than expected

but it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone/ every bank

I sent two next business day ach transfers from BofA yesterday and they are both available in their respective receiving banks
