I have the BoA and Schwab debit cards and they never ask for PIN when I use the chip somewhere that can't do debit. Are these cards the same way?

They are just announced they start shipping in may. I already ordered one from branch. Can't wait to have all chip cards. For chase.

I also spoke with a rep from Discover regarding their debit cards and she told me that very soon they will add EMV Chips to their debit cards!

That is becasue BofA and Schwab have the Chip and Signature EMV Card, not Chip and Pin.

Just got the card today, that was quick! It's really ugly, lol. That's okay because my Debit card never sees the outside of my wallet. Why would they go with red? Trying to copy BOA?

I'm not sure their debit cards will be much different since Wells Fargo's credit cards are chip and signature too. But if they are that would definitely be nice.

Customer service has no clue why DW recently received the red debit card with a chip for our shared checking account while I didn't. Mine wasn't lost in the mail; they verified it hadn't actually been sent.
