Discover ACH available same day!

I did an ACH push from Discover to Chase earlier this week early in the morning. That evening, I got the direct deposit email from Chase and surely enough, it was in my available balance. They're giving Zelle a run for its money!

Yup, same here made multiple ECH from disco checking to my US Bank checking,
Highest ACH so far was 6k, all available by 5-5:30pm on same day. Btw, I made requests at 6am eastern time. So yes, DISCOVER does super fast ACH.

Maybe they got the message.

Not too long ago, they were super slow. I closed my Discover bank accounts and moved to Alliant because Discover was so slow with the ACHs.

I still have not closed mine yet but they were definitely too slow just not too long ago, they must have read the previous thread lol. Have you guys tried ACH pull? My incoming funds were being held for 5 days before becoming available.

Still takes a long time to transfer into Discover account.

Still takes awhile for ach deposits and mobile check deposits.

Regarding Alliant, I have checking and savings but have not tried the ACH with them. How are the processing times at Alliant?

Pulls are still slow as snot (Though if you're just pulling to savings, it is earning interest during the 5 day hold), but I haven't tried pushing to checking. Since my direct deposit to them has been available immediately I would hope it's similar.

Disco is no joke. Cash back debit cards and almost 2 percent rates? Yes please. >_>

Since I got with them for checking and billpay about four months ago, I havent had to micomanage anymore. Things just happen now.

Also depositing checks via taking a cell phone pic are the bees knees. Straight up.

You have a Paypal 2%, why would Discover debit card matter? What about the checking account that makes you not have to micromanage? Doesn't your CC accounts have autopay?
