Chase ending relationship return success?

Hello all
Question, has anyone gotten back into Chase after they ended relationship?

Chase has ended their relationship with me in 2011 due to fraud ( someone used my info )
I tried in 2007 and again this month however, they keep saying “the decision is permanent “.

Just looking to see if anyone else had success and what steps to take.

It was a checking account that caused this mess

I'm assuming you meant 2017? Unless your attempts involved some sort of time travel 😉😁

Unfortunately, once the system has it coded as a permanent record, it appears the decision will remain there for a very, very long time. More or less, the [permanent] decision would've hinged on the outcome of the adverse action and whether there was a significant loss to Chase.

Chase shut me down back in 2010.

I had reapped and now have multiple accounts with them - credit and investing.

Update

After contacting the executive office and constant back and forth

Chase let me back in!!! 😎 super happy
Its been a long two year battle but all worth it.

Are you able to give any details on what you did to get back in. I too am in the same situation and would like my relationshipp regianed with them.

This is a very old thread, and the OP hasn't been back in 8 months.
