I emailed my application on 6/28 9 AM. Got the email it was received on 6/28 afternoon sometime.

Called to check status 7/1, said it was received, will be processed within 5 days of receipt.

Came back from out of town 7/4 called to check status 7/5, said it was in que to be processed they are behind blah blah blah...give use a few more days.

Called 7/7...rep asked me about an online app, I told her I never finished it, instead I applied by email and sent all required docs together. She said hold please, I said okay. She said I have someone from that department on the line when did you send email. I told her exact date and time, they I guess pulled it up and said they did not process my application because it was not signed it was sent in pdf. with typed signature.

I said what, really then why did no one say this on my previous call. She apologized and I got an email a minute later telling me to send the paper signed app to this email address, while I was on the phone with the rep. I signed it scanned it and asked her to confirm with them it was received. Like 1 minute later I got the email welcome to Navy blah blah.

Thanked her went to find my access number, used temp password. Logged in changed it, funded check/sav accounts added external account an was done.

I have already received my debit card and their issued PIn in the mail ( I already changed that too.

I got a call from a very nice lady telling me abount all the different products on Friday 7/8 ( 2 hour call ) and telliing me about the credit products that may interest me, I said no thanks not at this time.
