695 credit score.... will i get a loan?

My credit score is 695 and my credit reports have 0 lates, no collections, etc. Only problem is if I only use my income, my DTI is pretty high. Have a wife and b/t the both of us we have great income. Been at the same job 7 years. Should I just go for loan by myself or use her as well. Her score is 3 points less than mine but she has baddies and 2 new baddies just popped up!! What should I do? I need her income for DTI. Looking to buy in September so time is ticking. My utilization is also high which I am consciously working on paying down each month. Obviously, not using cards anymore. What to do?

If you are married you can use your combined incomes on the loan app and only list you as the signer. That is my recommendation, especially since she has recent neg baddies reporting.
