      <description>&lt;P&gt;USBank has a 3.99 I believe right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;other than that your scores will get you tier 1 financing on lot with all brands and they have some great rates like BMW .09%, I think toyota is doing 0% and mazda and ford, the list goes on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what kind of car are you looking for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's alright to get a loan from the dealer, as sometimes they can beat your banks terms (Providing you did your homework and walked in with one). But be sure to check the manufactures rebates, as sometimes the proportional rate voids out some of the good rebates.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
