    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Depends, Some manufacturers offer programs that offer subvented rates to many tier levels.&amp;nbsp; When a dealer advertises this it could mean many things.&amp;nbsp; If you could send me the manufacturer and what type of car, I can find out the skinny for you.&amp;nbsp; Or, at least, try!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Depending on what financing company they use, credit is based on a tier spread.&amp;nbsp; Each uses different numbers but the higher the tier the better.&amp;nbsp; When they say WAC, they are usually referring to the highest tier level they use.&amp;nbsp; I think that is 700+.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
