Hello, my bankruptcy was discharged July 4th. Do u know any good auto loans out there for used cars? Thank you

Just call major dealerships that have vehicles you are interested in and ask if they have a special financing department...most of them do. Tell them your BK was just discharged and they should be able to help you. I'm surprised you aren't get mailers from dealerships already. After I was discharged from BK in 2003, mailers from dealerships were flooding my mailbox.

Our BK was discharged in on 1/3/07. On the 20th of jan wife and I were at dalership getting and oil change and wandered the lot (dreaming) looking at new Caravans while waiting. Salesman came up and asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive and we said no and explained were just 3 weeks out of BK. He said, so...that's not a problem. Long story short we left a few hours later in our new Grand caravan with 10.9 finance through Wachovia Dealer Services.

So yes, I would say you have a chance, being a year out, providing of course you have been good during those 12 months :0)
