See note bottom of box 1. Rates are discounted 50 basis points so simply add a half a percent to get non employee rates !! Rates seem fair !!

I find it odd that their shortest term for these rates is 63 months. What happens if an emplyee wanted to go 48 or 60 months? There must be a different rate sheet for that.

Maybe they don't have many people wanting to do 60 or less terms.....
