Well It has been a very busy week!! GM Financial Wifes success

My wife has an 2013 Cadillac Escalade which is a lease in her name through US Bank. It was 36 month lease at $848.00 a month. we are very happy with the escalade and the redesign so she decided to lease a new one 2016 Escalade GM Financial origniated the lease for 39 Months which only first payment and tax and tags which was about $5,000.00. Her new payment is $1,004.00 a month. She has excellent credit even better then mine they have her auto enchanced at 813. Plus she has no mortgages in her name.

The $1,000 lease payment on the Escalade seems to be where I thought it might be for a new one. What kind of mileage are they giving her over the course of the lease?

Looking down in your signature and seeing your S63 lease price, now that made me pause.

Pretty sure I would double the value of my house if I parked those two in my garage!

You certainly have great tase in cars.

Just wondering why you did a lease and not purchase? I'm not bashing just asking? I'm trying to learn a few things from this.

my wife dosent drive much neither do i just locally so miles are in range and we defintely like change also i get a tax write off for my business

For business owners, leases are very good as they are tax write offs. Also, if someone does not drive much and likes new cars every few years, leases are good. It all comes to what works best for each person.

Congrats, Cadilliac did a great job with the redesign. They have a hard time keeping those things on the lot from what I have read.
