What did you buy?

I love cars and I love credit topics so that brought me to this part of myFICO. I was surprised to not see a lot of pics of newly purchased cars (New and used). I don’t need help with mine as I got lucky on my rate and all with my CU but I would like to see what some of you have purchased with advice from these forums. No need to go into rate and payments unless you want, I just like looking at cars. So, if you have a money shot of your ride that you got thanks to this forum, post it up! I would love to see them. Don't forget to blur out license plates if that sort of thing bothers you.

I just bought a car over the weekend! I'll post pics as soon as it arrives! It's coming from California. Can't wait for it to get here.

2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T Limited. Purchased March 24, 2016. Helluva deal since it was on the lot for nearly 9 months. Original asking price with dealer add-ons $36,600. Got it for $27,200 out the door with cargo net, cargo tray, touch up paint, rear bumper applique and 8 oil changes. Quartz White Pearl with Black leather and orange stitching/piping.

2015 Prius four w/solar roof. Got it on Christmas Eve.

Since this picture I've removed those silly hubcaps, added center caps and had the tail lights smoked. I've also had paint protection film added to the headlights and door cups.

This is my 2nd Prius. I drove the first one for 9 years so I'll have this one for a while.

Nice! I have never been a fan of Hyundai but I have to admit, their newer cars are very nice! And you got a good deal!

Nice! I like the color. I don't think I have ever seen that color on a Prius. I have a coworker who drives one all blacked out. Looks pretty cool!

Thanks. I worked in the auto repair business for 30 years. I managed a few Goodyear stores and was a service advisor for VW, Audi, Land Rover and Benz. I'm all about reliability now. Admittedly I wouldn't touch anything Hyundai/Kia prior to 2006 but there was nothing else I wanted in the Sonata's price range. There was no other choice besides it's Optima cousin. Altima's are everywhere and can't stand CVT transmissions. Like the Subaru Legacy but CVT trans also.Maxima is sharp but similarly equipped was $43,000+ and CVT. Love the Mazda 6 but not enough power and hate the stereo controls being on the console next to the cup holders.Last week, I drove from Dallas to Austin and back in the same day. Almost 400 miles in 6 hours driving time. Seats are by far the best of any car I've owned. Now for a longer road trip...

Comfy seats are a huge plus on long trips. I have made the trek from Dallas to Austin and Galveston/Houston a few times myself. Good times.

Thank you...I appreciate it, yes, the color looks even better out in the sun. At first, I was indecisive about whether or not I liked the color, but now I wouldn't have picked any other.

Alas, if you ever see me in a MB I assure you it is stolen. lol. I'll never be able to afford a MB. I am happy with my $40k truck though. Although, I have seen some very nice MB's. I got to drive a couple when I was a mechanic years ago. The fit and finish is top notch!

2013 Scion FRS. Love it. Upgraded this past Feb from a '13 Dart. Thank you everyone and DCU =]
