Capital One Pre-Qual Experience

I applied for the Capital One Auto loan prequalification. I was approved for up to $40,000 with an interest rate ranging from 2.49-7.64% depending on the vehicle. I went to Honda dealer yesterday an bought a 2016 Accord $0 down. Auto navigator estimated my interest rate to be 3.59% for 72 months. It ended up being 4.27% not a big deal. I want to have it paid off within 3 years anyway. Great experience. Easy no hassle. Also I made sure the dealer only ran my credit through Capital One to avoid unwanted inquiries. Capital One does do a triple pull which sucks but whatever no biggie when your getting the loan for sure. Mom also used Capone prequal and had the same experience. Just wanted to share that for anyone wondering if the process with the Capital One prequal is easy and reliable. For me and the others I know that used it all had good accurate experiences

Yes with 0% interest type of credit lol....Which I dont have just yet.

Csp1 prequals are normally solid and dependable from the threads you see on here. I don't recall seeing many issues with them.

680+ score is tier 1 with American Honda financial

Great job & congrats on your new car! Smart way to do it too. I had BMW pull twice just to make sure I was getting the lowest interest. Much better than a bunch of those darn things!
