    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will get one. But you are looking at low teens on the rate. Good luck. Before you pull the trigger at least look at a credit union. I'd rather have an extra pull then a higher rate. Please keep us posted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Also Cap 1 has a pre qualification tool to give you an idea what they'll lend to you but as mentioned there are too many easy join CUs not to check that generally are gonna offer better rates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No offense to Cap 1 it's just a difference in business model and exposure that make it almost impossible NOT to find a way to beat Cap-1...if one tries.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm cool with Cap1 and will always keep a Cap1 cc in my wallet (as a back up) and rec ppl to app them while rebuilding but on the auto side ...no bueno</description>
