I'm 20 years old, work full time and make about 30k a year. I've had credit cards since I was 18 and and have about 16000 of avail credit and utilize only 3k, so around 19%. TU score is a 703, Experian 731. What are my chances of getting a good loan? I'm putting 10% down.

If you got your UTI to <9%, you would see a nice boost in your scores, and almost assure yourself of getting the best possible rate, assuming your DTI isn't prohibitive. I see you listed an EX score, where did you get it, as EX FICO scores are no longer sold to the public.
