You can certainly get away with little to no down but the monthly payment will be higher. Personally I believe that when leasing you should put mininal out of pocket. Currently looking at leasing the new 2019 Infiniti QX50 for DW and are looking at the acquisition fee and first months payment out of pocket and not a penny more.

Hi guys please help not sure how to do this. I close on new home tomorrow and I want to go lease BMW X5. I will want to go to dealership right after lol. I want to get approved before house show up on credit report. I believe I would be tier 1 with auto scores (751 ex 676 tu 700 ex). I believe they pull ex. My question is can I put any “due at signing” money on my cc? The current deals for x5 have $5k due at signing. I’ll only have about 2k in cash with having just put down the money in the new house. Now the “due at signing” amount includes $3500 down payment. Is there anyway to negotiate that? Or is that standard? My goal is to leave with putting as little money out of my pocket down. No car to turn in. My current is paid off and giving it away. Thanks

I highly recommend settling in for a while before adding another obligation into the mix.
