Cap 1-soft pull every time you try?

Hi. I am wondering if capital 1 auto finance will do a soft pull every time I try, or do you need to wait 30 days. Reason I ask, is my score is about to go up once some payments and stuff hits my reports. I am wanting to know if I could do a soft pull today out of curiousity, and then in a week or two do another one (and they will use my current score at that point)? Or would I have to wait 30 days, or verbally talk to them? I don't want to do it today if I have to wait 30 days to do it again, since I need a vehicle as soon as my scores update.

I would guess they pull every time you apply.
