Capital One Auto Navigator question...

On Thursday, June 20 2019, I used the Capital 1 Auto Navigator pre-approval. Instead of an instant approval or denial, I got a message stating they were going to review my app and call or email me within 3 business days.

Yesterday morning (June 25th!!) I called to see if anyone could let me know if there was anything I could do or send to help speed up this "review". I verified my identity over the phone with the sweetest rep. She told me she was sending a message to whoever was looking over my app to let them know I had called, verified my identity, and it was me who had applied. She also said I should recieve an email soon.

Now it is June 26th. I have no heard anything.

My question is... has anyone gone through this "3 day review" and what was the outcome?

This seems to be a newish thing for Auto Navigator. When I used it, it gave you an amount and you were on your way. Maybe someone that has used it recently will have more info but please keep your post updated for others to follow.

I applied and was approved maybe two months ago, since then the offer expired and I applied again on June 17th and got the same message. Been 10 days and still have not heard anything still shows the same 3 business day message when I log in.

I was approved after getting the “under review” message. This was after I had applied 3 times in a one month period where I had been repaying a substantial amount of debt. I initially was denied for high DTI so I reapplied three more times after a big account was updated. The previous two times I had been denied instantly. The third time was the charm.
