NFCU is saying 4.99-5.99% best rates due to "old" make.

Who will give a good sub 3% apr for someone with 750+ scores and a couple hps on a 2016 with 61,000 miles? No prepayment penalties either or all loan interest required.

Sorry, I don't see you getting sub 3 interest on a used car - unless the dealer can get it done. Maybe try CapOne?

Less than 3%? Probably not going to happen anywhere. Less than 4-5%? More realistic. Lower rates are normally reserved for new car purchases done through captive lenders (Toyota Financial, VW Credit, etc.)
Credit Unions are going to be your best bet.
Capital one navigator for the win. Unfortunately LC sold, so back to looking.

Funny story: Been a member of NFCU for 10 years in good standing. Have CC with 24k with them. Applied for auto loan and denied me. Would give me nothing! I said to review and came back same decision. Letter said high utilization (I run azeo with 1%), negative reporting (have none) etc. So went to navigator and they instantly approved me for 60k and interest depending on vehicle is in 3% range. Highest one was 4.09% for used vehicles. I told the bank manager and she was speechless. Unreal.
