Alliant auto loan misreporting on Equifax

Any with an Alliant auto loan?

It suddenly reported as closed ($1000 balance) on Equifax on CK. I verified this by pulling a free credit report on Equifax. On Experian and Transunion it is still active. On Alliant's portal it is still active. Not late as next payment is in 2022.

I am currently closing on a mortgage and luckily this is my low score and not my middle score. It did temporary tank my EQ score as it's my only installment loan.

My balance reports for this account on the last day of every month so we will see if it reports with with an updated balance and back on my credit report for Experian. I have not disputed anything or have had any lates. I've been making regular payments every month and in some cases, extra principal payments.

anyone else experiencing this or ever have similar issues?
