They speak clear English, but their soft skills lack. Between the 2 times I called in, they didn't say "please or thank you" just answered me in a harsh tone.&nbsp;<BR />I ran through a rough patch last year and they wouldn't offer any options or assistance unlike other auto lender's typical change the due date, defer a few payments, .etc. I asked if there's any options that are available and he just said, "NOOOOO!!" Like geez, must be a terrible place to work.&nbsp;<BR />I recently traded the car in.
