Honda Preapproval

Does anyone know if the Honda Preapproval check will show up on your credit report? I did a preapproval app at least a week and a half ago, and it has yet to show on any of my reports.

When I went into a Honda dealership a couple of months ago, they did a soft pull.

They specifically told me that a SP is preferred so as to not ding your credit score - very thoughtful.

Since I was also a current HFS customer, the dealership said, they can offer a car loan without a HP !

Very nice service.
