Carmax not reporting payments

As the title states, Carmax has not reported any of my payments since Sept 2021. In the past I had not payed any attention to this so I am not sure if this is their norm.... any ideas? Could I call them and request it be updated? On the Myfico reports it just says NR, Looking back Jan -Sept of 2019 is all NR as well... Could this be affecting my score? Thanks!

I would think this would be an easy fix if you contacted them and asked them about it.

I agree with the comment above that it's worth a call to see if there's a problem on their end.

In terms of it affecting your score I don't think there's an impact, in the sense that you don't really gain FICO points for on-time payments, or in this case NR / no reporting, but you would be penalized if the payments were reported as late.

Its more of a mental thing, I really like to see completed payments ha

I called and they said they had a system update and all accounts will be updated with current payment information as of the end of March.
