Mortgage showing on bk and was not in bk.

I filed a bk on some medical bills. My mortgage was not included. It was only showing on one credit report. I tried to clear it up and jumped through all of Citimortgages hoops. Sent them everything they asked for, then they said I was dealing with the wrong department. The said when the bk was filed there should have been a letter of affirmation. In order to have it removed I would have to reopen my bk. Now it is on all three credit reports and my score has dropped. All the hard work I have done to get my scores up has taken quite a step back. Now what do I do?

I read your post, but was confused by it. bk means? What were you trying to do? Thanks.

Did you sign a reaffirmation agreement? If not, I think they are reporting correctly.
